Dr. He received her Ph. D in organic chemistry from the Institute of Elemento-Organic Chemistry of Nankai University. Her research focused on the synthesis of heteroatomic compounds and asymmetric organic syntheses. She has published more than ten theses in many domestic and foreign journals, such as Tetrahedron and Synlett.
Dr. He started her career as a patent attorney in 2004, and has been worked in this field for 18 years. She is experienced in drafting patent applications in the fields of pharmaceutical chemistry, organic chemistry and chemical engineering, preparing responses to office actions in substantive examination proceedings, and dealing with re-examination, invalidation and administrative litigations. She is familiar with patent examination practices in the United States, Europe, Japan, South Korea and other countries. She has represented domestic and foreign clients in many important invalidation cases and administrative litigations. One case she represented was selected as one of the top ten typical cases of scientific and technological innovation in 2020 released by the Beijing Intellectual Property Court.
Dr. He qualified as a patent attorney in 2008, and attended the CEIPI European Intellectual Property Summer Course in 2015.
